"Skywalkers" Origin Story

March 2, 2018, would be a day of many firsts for Founder and Architect of As One Music & Entertainment, (William L). It would mark the first time he would hear “Amazing Grace” played on Bagpipes; the first time he would experience the ceremonious “Final Rollcall” of a fallen soldier; and though he has heard “Taps” before, that day would be the first time he would hear it being played to call to rest one of his own Luke C. Yetter.

During Luke’s ceremony I had developed this overwhelming need to just say thank you. To him, the ones who have gone before him and to the ones who might come after. I desperately needed a way to thank them all, not as a brother, a friend, or a fellow service member but as a beneficiary in their sacrifice.

And so began the journey to create the heart felt composition entitled “Skywalkers”. A song providing us all with a way to not only acknowledge but to say thank you to those who are willing to make the ultimate sacrifice for the freedoms of strangers like you and I. Set to release in the early months of 2022, ”Skywalkers” is bound to be a favorite amongst all who wish to show their love and respect to our unsung heroes.
