Closing The Loop

On February 11, 2022 the AOF (As One Family) were invited by members of the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, as special guests, to not only attend but perform at the remembrance of fallen Nightstalker Luke C. Yetter. During his remembrance, the AOF would witness first-hand the true cost of freedom to which their debut song “Skywalkers” ft. Dylan Triplett eludes to. They’ve always understood the importance of their song, but in that moment they would see the significance of simply saying “Thank You”.

To be able to perform a finished product in the very place it was inspired, also known as closing the loop, was a moment in itself. But to do it after experiencing such a sensitive and emotionally heavy moment was just surreal. Dylan, Zida and BB held it together and did a phenomenal job. It was a proud moment for all of us, and one we won’t soon forget.

For most, performing and leaving lasting impressions on some of the most respected service members of the United States Military would be what made the years of hard work worth it. But for the AOF, the invitation alone was more than enough. From all of us here at As One Music & Entertainment, we look forward to seeing you when the curtains close and remember to Always Wake Up Dreaming.
